PHP Programming Specialists
Our programming language of choice for web applications is PHP. (Commonly used server-side scripting languages include PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, Perl, and Python, among others.) PHP is a free and open-source language, making it available on nearly every web host on the planet. Because it is so ubiquitous, there are a lot of open-source components and frameworks available to facilitate the rapid building of applications. PHP is an ideal choice when needing to integrate various disparate systems, and, when properly architected, can be highly scalable.
PHP Developers Group
Nezen Creation has started the first Pittsburgh-area PHP Developers Group. Come on out and network with other PHP developers in the Pittsburgh area. Meetings are on the first Wednesday of the month. A recent Meetup was at the Alphalab on the Southside, and the topic was Aesthetic Heuristics or Web Design for Web Developers.
DowntownFirst
We recently launched an online directory of local businesses in the many small towns that make up the Pittsburgh region. The site includes interactive tools enabling businesses to upgrade their listing to a full mini-website.
Bach Choir of Pittsburgh
We love working with nonprofit and arts organizations. Nezen Creation redesigned the public website and created an internal site for private communication between the Choir Members and the Board of Directors.
Hardwood Manufacturers Association
Nezen Creation did the backend coding for a new website and a custom content management system (CMS) to permit the association to do their own updates via an easy-to-use interface that was designed with their specific site and content goals in mind.
Arbors Management Mobile Website
We recently built a mobile website to enable smartphone users to access the same real estate search functionality that we previously built for the Arbor's main website.
