Rocksteady Kennels & Pet Supplies
Rocksteady Kennels & Pet Supplies, a supplier of hunting dog and kennel supplies based in the Pittsburgh region, needed a website to compliment and grow their mail order catalog business. We worked with them to understand the type of user their market could bring, and designed and built a site to serve that audience.
Certified Investment Properties LLC
Certified Investment Properties needed a website to both drive leads for their private money lending services, as well as a Loan Origination System to manage the loan application process. Nezen Creation produced the design and development of the main site with an eye towards marketing, as well as a full featured system to gather all required loan information. Futher, the site features a broker/borrower login system to communicate any given loan's status to their clients.
Nezen Creation is pleased to have helped Eddie Shaw create a web presence for his massage therapy practice. We designed and developed the site as well as providing on-going web site hosting and maintenance services.
Nezen Creation recently put the finishing touches on a complete overhaul of the ecommerce engine powering "the internet's largest online candy store". Working in partnership with Imagebox Productions Inc, we changed the site from its former ASP-based platform to a new PHP/MySQL ecommerce engine, all while preserving the sites excellent PageRank for many high value candy-related keywords. Further, to help Candy Favorites keep in touch with their nearly 100,000 customers, they have utilized Nezen Creation's email marketing services.
Frick Involved Dog Owners (FIDO) of Pittsburgh
On a volunteer basis, Nezen Creation donated our skill at creating websites to a local organization promoting dog culture at Frick Park on the east side of Pittsburgh. The site features a custom Content Management System allowing other volunteers to maintain the site.
Penn Avenue Arts Initiative (programming for self-administered Unblurred, A-List, Events pages)
Penn Avenue Arts needed a database-driven administrative section for adding items to the Unblurred, A-List and Events section of the website. Nezen Creation worked with the designers of the site to create attractive, functional public pages and an easy to use administrative section for the site. Nezen Creation also manages this non-profit's email distribution list.
Olszak Social Enterprise Research Directory
Olszak had a database of social enterprises resources and content that needed to be posted on the web. Nezen designed and created a complete system for the display and management of the database and their users, including integration with the Social Enterprise Alliance's user database, a partner of Olszak, enabling automatic access by their user base.

Pittsburgh Tech News needed a web-based application for creating HTML-based email newsletters. Nezen Creation delivered a complete solution for creating, sending, tracking and managing the newsletter and the mailing list.

CMU Center for Economic Development
The Center for Economic Development needed a database-driven application to add publications to their website. We created an easy to use, web-based application to add, edit or delete publications.
EQT had a web presence, but they desired a new visual identity, content reorganization and additional features such as a mailing list application and the ability to add vital data via a web-based administrator. Nezen developed a visually appealing site and a user-friendly administrative section.
Blumes Solid Surface, Inc needed a complete website. Nezen Creation crafted an attractive, functional solution in a timely manner to help Blumes' achieve their business goals.
Arbors Management
Nezen Creation has completed the redesign of Arbors Management Inc's website. In addition to a new look and feel, we have added backend tools to manage the property lists and charge the property managers for listing on the site -- turning the site into a profit center. February 1, 2008
